Madonna Bought a Deluxe House in New York
Madonna bought a deluxe house in New York amid this recession and she looks does not care with this condition. Abysmal, the house that she bought is US$40 million. That is not all, Madonna also has a plan to renovate completely that house before she stay at that home.
The house with four floors that is located in elite area, Upper East Side, consist of 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, 300 meter square garden, 9 furnaces, 2 garages, an elevator, and a wine cellar. Madonna got that house for US$ 40 million or US$ 5million cheaper than offer price.
Before she stay there, Madonna has a plan to renovate that house include the additional facility for security system. It seems that her plan to stay permanently in New York after her divorce from Guy Ritchie, which concluded at January ago, will actually done by Madonna.
